- Defining and implementing the market development strategy for Poland ; with the potential to progressively expand responsibilities to neighboring Central and Eastern European countries
- Identifying and prioritizing attractive business opportunities;
- Building and managing strategic partnerships with distributors and key industry stakeholders;
- Supporting the successful adoption of differentiated, science-based solutions;
- Delivering technical and commercial presentations to partners and customers;
- Monitoring market trends and competitive developments;
- Acting as a strategic interface between the market and internal teams.
