THIS ROLE OFFERS...
The Senior S&OP & Global Sourcing Manager leads the Sales & Operations Planning process and sourcing network optimization across the NSEA region, ensuring aligned demand, supply, and capacity planning. The role focuses on forecast accuracy, demand–supply balancing, and cost optimization while supporting profitable growth through a global sourcing network. The position works cross-functionally with Commercial, Finance, Operations, and global sourcing teams.
- Demand Forecasting: Lead and deliver accurate short-, mid-, and long-term demand forecasts aligned with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to support business planning and capacity decisions.
- S&OP Process: Own and strengthen the regional S&OP process, ensuring a single, aligned demand plan and effective cross-functional and executive decision-making.
- Operational Supply Planning: Ensure agile demand–supply balancing across global sourcing regions by resolving constraints, managing exceptions, and enabling effective execution through S&OE.
- Sourcing Network Optimization: Drive sourcing network optimization initiatives to improve service, reduce supply chain costs, and enhance overall network efficiency.
- Strategic Planning (Capacity Interlocking): Align medium- and long-term capacity planning (24 months to 5 years) with business growth ambitions and global supply chain strategy.
- Leadership: Drive accountability, performance improvement, and collaboration across functions using clear KPIs, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
THIS POSITION IS FOR YOU IF...
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- 5+ years’ managerial experience in S&OP, demand planning, or supply planning within complex, matrix organizations
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, able to translate forecasts and financial data into business decisions
- Proven cross-functional stakeholder management and communication skills at regional and global levels
- Experience with SAP (APO/BW) and FMC
- FMCG and/or Food manufacturing environments is a strong advantage
