THIS ROLE OFFERS...
Responsible for managing and growing McCain’s strategic QSR accounts across Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei, with a strong focus on Joint Business Planning, commercial growth, and customer relationship management. The role drives Top-to-Top engagements, menu expansion, category optimization, and operational execution to achieve sales, profitability, and market share objectives.
- Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with major QSR customers to drive market share growth.
- Manage strategic relationships with key QSR accounts, especially through Top-to-Top meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Drive commercial growth through category optimization, pricing strategy, promotions, menu expansion, and SKU penetration.
- Identify new business opportunities and build insight-driven selling propositions for QSR customers.
- Ensure strong operational execution including forecasting accuracy, customer service levels, and JBP follow-up.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, QA, and Sales Operations to deliver business objectives and customer satisfaction.
THIS POSITION IS FOR YOU IF...
- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Strong experience managing QSR accounts, ideally with direct exposure to McDonald’s.
- Minimum 5+ years of sales experience within FMCG or Foodservice industries.
- Proven expertise in Joint Business Planning (JBP), QBR management, and senior stakeholder engagement.
- Strong commercial acumen with understanding of category management, pricing, forecasting, and supply chain coordination.
- Results-driven and autonomous personality with strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- The role requires immediate credibility with major QSR chains and the ability to operate in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.
