THIS ROLE OFFERS...
The Intercompany Manager leads intercompany transactions across the APACSA region, ensuring compliant, efficient, and optimized cross-border flows. The role focuses on risk mitigation, regulatory adherence, and cost optimization while enabling business performance. It reports to the VP Supply Chain APACSA and works cross-functionally with local and global teams.
- International Logistics & Freight Forwarder Management
Optimize freight forwarder and carrier performance to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective international logistics, including cold chain control.
- Trade Compliance & Regulatory Oversight
Ensure compliance with global and local trade regulations through accurate documentation, classification, duty optimization, and regulatory monitoring.
- Intercompany Order Management
Improve intercompany order and inventory flows by increasing visibility, reducing lead times, and driving process automation.
- Cost Optimization & Value Creation
Reduce total landed costs through continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and trade operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with internal stakeholders to support standardized flows, new product launches, market entry, and trade decisions.
- Risk Mitigation & Process Governance
Implement SOPs, audits, and corrective actions to manage compliance risks and strengthen process governance.
THIS POSITION IS FOR YOU IF...
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, or related field, with 5–10 years’ experience in international logistics, trade compliance, or global supply chain operations.
- Strong expertise in ocean freight, customs procedures, trade documentation, regulatory frameworks, and hands-on collaboration with freight forwarders and customs authorities.
- Proficient in ERP and trade management systems (SAP or equivalent), with strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Proven stakeholder and vendor management skills, high compliance rigor, and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, regulated environments.
