Within the MERCAT region (Middle East, Russia, Turkey & Africa), Morocco is a strategic market driven by modern, export-oriented and highly professional horticulture. The subsidiary, based in Casablanca, relies on a structured organization: General Management, Sales, Product Development and support functions.
To support its transition toward a customer-centric commercial model, Vilmorin-Mikado is creating a new position: Key Account Manager Morocco — a first for the company globally.

WHAT WE OFFER
Reporting to the General Manager Morocco, with a functional link to the MERCAT Unit Director, you will lead the key account strategy and play a direct role in driving Vilmorin-Mikado’s growth in Morocco.
Mission 1 – Strategic Key Account Management
- Identify, structure and grow complex accounts: distributors, integrators, major growers.
- Build tailored account plans aligned with technical and business priorities.
- Develop long-term, multi-level partnerships with a consultative and performance-oriented approach.
Mission 2 – Cross-functional Coordination
- Act as the central interface between customers and internal teams: Sales, Product Development, Breeding, Marketing, Supply Chain.
- Ensure internal alignment to deliver coherent, competitive and customer-focused solutions.
Mission 3 – Business Development & Market Intelligence
- Identify new opportunities, market trends and growth areas.
- Support product launches together with the Product Development team.
- Contribute to forecasting, pricing and competitive analysis.
Mission 4 – Commercial Performance & Representation
- Monitor KPIs (sales, margin, collection).
- Prepare analyses, reporting and business reviews.
- Represent the company at professional events and trade shows.

- Strong B2B sales experience, in agriculture, agribusiness, inputs, horticulture or technical environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder accounts and negotiations.
- Ability to understand technical products and translate them into customer value.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, reporting and analytical work.
