THIS ROLE OFFERS...
As part of its international growth strategy, FERTIPLUS is looking for an International Commercial Development Manager – EMEA & Emerging Markets (H/F) to accelerate business expansion, strengthen its international presence and progressively contribute to the structuring of future local commercial organizations.
Reporting directly to Jérôme PELTIER, Managing Director of FERTIPLUS, you will play a key role in driving international growth while acting as a strategic business partner within a highly entrepreneurial environment.
Your responsibilities will include
Drive International Growth
- Define and execute growth strategies across EMEA and emerging markets.
- Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities, customers and markets.
- Accelerate revenue growth and expand FERTIPLUS' international footprint.
Develop Strategic Partnerships
- Leverage and expand your network to generate business opportunities.
- Build, negotiate and strengthen long-term relationships with distributors and key market stakeholders.
- Support and optimize the performance of existing partners and local representatives.
Build the Future Organization
- Contribute to the structuring of FERTIPLUS' international commercial organization.
- Coordinate local representatives and support the future development of regional teams.
- Act as a trusted business partner to management in shaping the company's international growth.
Drive Performance & Strategy
- Monitor business performance and deliver actionable insights.
- Contribute to strategic decision-making and commercial priorities.
- Play a key role in shaping the future of FERTIPLUS on the international stage.
Location
Flexible but ideally with easy access to HQ in Perpignan (66), France.
Hybrid and international working environment.
Approximately 50% international travel.
