Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Market Drive
- Define and deploy the commercial strategy (cross-selling, diversification)
- Identify target markets and growth levers
- Structure and lead proactive prospecting activities
- Represent the company at key industry events
- Deliver continuous market and competitive intelligence
2. Team Performance & Talent Development
- Lead and optimize team resources
- Balance workload based on pipeline, capacity, and expertise
- Develop skills and strengthen commercial capabilities
- Foster a high-performing and engaged team culture
3. Commercial Architecture & Key Client Management
- Build clear and structured commercial proposals
- Ensure accurate pricing and profitability
- Lead strategic negotiations (pricing, contracts, MSAs)
- Act as executive sponsor for key accounts
- Collaborate closely with operational teams
4. Client Relationship & Liaison
- Act as the interface between clients and technical teams
- Drive client retention and repeat business
- Manage complex situations to secure client satisfaction
5. Commercial Performance & Reporting
- Track performance against KPIs and sales targets
- Ensure strong CRM and pipeline discipline
- Monitor budget adherence
- Deliver concise, action-oriented reporting
