Joining FYTEKO is a unique opportunity to join one of the most innovative companies in the agricultural biosolutions sector, to play a key role in its international expansion.
Your mission will be to drive and accelerate FYTEKO’s commercial growth across the Southern Hemisphere, with a primary focus on LATAM.
Working in close partnership with the Head of Commercial - North, you will combine strategic business development and hands-on execution to expand key accounts, convert opportunities into revenue, strengthen FYTEKO’s market presence, and support the company’s international growth ambitions.
Your responsibilities will include:
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & INTERNATIONAL GROWTH (50%)
- Define and execute the commercial strategy across the Southern Hemisphere, with a primary focus on LATAM (Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Mexico).
- Take ownership of existing opportunities and accelerate their conversion (trials, advanced discussions, partnerships).
- Open new strategic accounts and develop relationships at decision-making level (distributors, seed companies, key accounts).
- Structure and manage a network of distribution partners across target markets.
- Ensure proper follow-up and execution of signed agreements (commitments, volumes, deployment).
- Contribute to demand generation across target markets.
- Drive the commercial performance of the region (pipeline, conversion, revenue).
COORDINATION & LEADERSHIP (30%)
- Provide functional leadership to the LATAM region in a mentoring and business support capacity.
- Work in close partnership with the international commercial team, fostering collaboration and sharing best practices.
- Bring structure, rigor and discipline to commercial management and execution.
- Contribute to the alignment, structuring and development of the international commercial team.
- Take direct ownership of strategic opportunities, including negotiations, deal closing and offer structuring.
- Support the CEO by progressively taking over operational commercial execution.
STRATEGY & MARKETING (20%)
- Translate scientific innovation into clear and differentiated value propositions for partners and customers.
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Scientific Officer and technical teams.
- Contribute to product positioning across target markets.
- Ensure consistency of the commercial message across international markets.
- Support marketing and local teams in adapting messages to regional market needs.
- Contribute to portfolio strategy and product prioritization in collaboration with the Product Manager.
Location
Flexible location: Europe (Spain particularly appreciated) or Brazil.
Hybrid and international working environment.
Approximately 30% international travel, primarily across LATAM and selected strategic markets.
