The Global Crop Marketing Manager (CMM) drives the Global Crop Strategy, leading a high-impact crop portfolio for long-term growth, profitability, and market leadership.
Crop Portfolio Strategy & Innovation
- Define mid- and long-term breeding objectives and product strategy based on market and competitive insights
- Lead innovation and manage the R&D pipeline aligned with regional and commercial priorities
- Drive product trials, performance evaluation, and lifecycle decisions
Portfolio Performance Management
- Monitor portfolio performance using KPIs and data-driven insights
- Adapt strategies to market trends and maintain competitive positioning
New Product Introduction & Value Proposition
- Lead successful product launches informed by customer insights and market gaps
- Build strong product positioning, branding, and value propositions
- Support Sales with technical data and participate in key marketing activities
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and regional teams to ensure execution excellence
- Align stakeholders and foster a high-performance global culture
Financial Acumen
