THIS ROLE OFFERS...
As Business Manager Indonesia, reporting to the Export Sales Director, you are responsible for defining and implementing the commercial strategy in the country, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth and optimizing gross margins for the company’s plant nutrition product portfolio.
Strategic Planning & Market Development
- Define strategic directions for plant nutrition products and propose commercial strategies for Indonesia to Export Sales Director.
- Conduct strategic market intelligence on plant nutrition trends to identify opportunities and risks.
- Monitor competitive activity across all relevant markets.
- Set qualitative and quantitative objectives by product and country, based on market analysis.
- Take full responsibility in delivering the financial goals in the country
Commercial & Portfolio Management
- Define and implement the commercial policy in coordination with Export Sales Director.
- Reference and partner with relevant distribution network in Indonesia e.g. dealers, wholesalers, retailers etc.
- Initiate corrective actions when targets or market conditions require adjustments.
- Plan and manage product supply for the designated region to ensure availability and continuity.
- Collaborate with headquarter teams to achieve business objectives.
Role based in Indonesia to cover the whole country.

THIS POSITION IS FOR YOU IF...
- You have a degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, business administration or related fields
- You have 5 to 10 years of proven experience in a similar sales role in plant nutrition/ biosolutions / biofertilisants in Indonesia
- You are Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- You are a natural sales leader and team player with an entrepreneurial and customer focused mindset
- You are self motivated and able to work independently
